How much did this go for, as I imagine it has sold?

Quality craftsmanship! But, that kitchen tile backslash is the worst! Looks like a dalmatian from far back - too busy!! Yuck!!! - Ruins an otherwise beautiful kitchen! And, I know not everybody like it, but I think it was a missed opportunity not to open up the kitchen onto the back family room. I love to cook and prepared food, while the fam and guests are hanging out in the family room, and feel like I'm in the same space: watch the movie with them, while I make popcorn or prepare dessert, etc.. They could have done that by simply moving the fridge off to the side - there's SO much room for that - the first floor is HUGE! Too bad. Such beautiful quality built into those coffered in the family room! But the black finish is way yo stark and heavy - really weighs it down. Should be toned down to, at least, a pewter grey. And the master bath tile is glass. Time to stop with the glass tile - It was on trend 10 years ago, but it's time has passed.

Beautiful herringbone brickwork on the front of the house.

Wow! Fantastic! The only thing that I would add is outside between the house and the street about 15 birch trees and a landscaped garden.
