I got it to capture in 1440p then i reset it to default, and now i cant get it to capture in 1440p anymore, in the recording bar its set to 1440p but keeps recording in 1080p

I have a question; I have a monitor Z- Edge UG25F FHD 1920x1080 240hz. I know Xbox doesn't support 240hz. What I want is 1440p at 120hz. I followed your video tutorial on the Elgato 4k Capture Utility. But When I switched the "Video fidelity & overscan" from 24 bits to 36 bits & the PC RGB the screen suddenly turned colors & gives me a black screen. I put a game on to test it out, there are times where the screen switch from black screen & to a game, black screen again & to a game. Only a screen back to normal is when I press the Xbox Icon in the middle of the controller is when the game is not on. (Keep in mind I can only see on my Elgato 4k Capture Utility not on Monitor) I click Xbox settings it came back to normal (But this time I can see it on my monitor). (In Addition; the black screen starts to flicker when it went full black screen after I switched to "Video fidelity & overscan & PC RGB I can only see on Elgato 4k Capture Utility while the monitor is on black screen). I also have my Stream lab OBS connected to HD60 X through my Z-Edge monitor all of what I explained happened on the Stream lab OBS. I was testing out to either record or live but unfortunately, I can't with all of these happened all at once. How do I fix it & is there another way to fix it.? I know there's a lot to make sense of my question. I tried to explain as many details as possible. Please help thank you so much bro!
