    Hello, I just want to say that I will be on vacation in Denmark for the following two weeks and I won't be able to access RUclips during that time unfortunately. Please excuse this. I hope you are doing well and your progress in training is consistent! I saw that you got new equipment to train with and I think this will be a great step towards becoming more fit. Please keep in mind to use a variation of different exercises and focus on the technique to not get injured again when doing more complicated movements ;) Have a great time and I'm looking forward to chatting with you again once I am home!       wow. so envious of your life. Getting to go around and see the world. In our country there is a saying that has been passed down for thousands of years "It is better to read 10,000 books than to walk 10,000 kilometers". It means that it is better to read a lot of books than to spend the same amount of time traveling the wider world, seeing more different landscapes and meeting different people.

      I really like that saying since books are a great way to earn knowledge which somebody might never be able to get throught experiences, but I still like experiencing things and no book can replace them. I wonder where such sayings evolve from 🤔

      @@verrayn This is from a Chinese philosopher from 550 BC. There is also another interpretation, very similar to the idea of your reply, which means that book knowledge, although good, is the result of someone else's thinking and is not as useful as experiencing it for yourself.

      I think the main problem with every kind of media or other people sharing their experiences is, that those experiences aren't always applicable for your situation. At the same time getting advise from someone else is some kind of two-dimensional-learning. I heard about this in a podcast about someone who had many different addictions recently, and this concept of other perople's advise being 2D while experiencing things is 3D fascinated me. You will learn a lesson a lot stronger and internalize it more if it was your own conclusion.

      Thank you. It's all hard, but I'm trying to hang in there. I told my family, "Hey, a friend from Germany encouraged me, and that gave me more confidence to keep going." My family said, "Oh, no, you're bragging, you wouldn't know anyone from Germany, do you speak German?" Hahaha, the internet makes everything interesting. I wish you all the best in your life and studies, and good luck in your life on a regular basis.

      This is so relatable 😂 My family also gets so confused all the time if they hear me talk with people from different countries... And I think it is also a great way to get more knowledge about life because in Germany I am in a pretty comfortable bubble if I want to be honest. Life is so much harder in so many places and we are still talking bad about everything while other people have much bigger problems. I love it to get a reality check sometimes on the internet and of course it is great to see how friendly people from different cultures are compared to Germans :) Hope you are doing well!

      Thank you for being polite and cultivated. My impression of Germans has always been "Germans are very strict and old-fashioned". So everything is interesting. I was listening to the radio yesterday, and I heard some talk about classical music in Germany, and I thought of you. The radio said that there are places in Germany that are very polite and wear clothes to classical music, but there are also places in Germany that are not so demanding, and that you can go to classical music in whatever clothes you want. I wonder if they're right?

      First of all I am very sorry for not answering in a while! Yes, Germany itself has horrible and super strict paperwork and there are many people who are like this too and I have to count myself in sometimes 😂 I wonder why people in other countries aren't as strict as Germans... Anyways; yes, at high class concerts, there will be a dresscode and especially at locations that have a high cultural value. If you were to go on a classical piano concert at some castle, the chances would be high to have a dresscode. But to be honest this is more of a high society behaviour and normal concerts, even like one at the Cuvilliés-theatre which I was on, aren't demanding. Did you ever go to a classical concert before?

      I was fortunate enough to attend a classical concert, and for someone who has never been exposed to a live classical concert, one of the things that sticks out in my mind is the staff member who would tell people not to applaud from one scene to the next before the performance began. It's okay if you don't answer, please relax, I don't know much about the western world's politeness in communicating over the internet either, so I hope this doesn't stress you out. It's already great to be able to communicate with people who use languages other than Chinese, especially Germany, a country that I don't think I should have much access to

      I am very sorry that I am just now replying to your message, after my last reply to your message, I have been experiencing a lot of rib pain on the left side of my chest, and every time I sneeze and squat it hurts terribly. So I took a break and went to the hospital to have an “x-ray” taken and it looks like the bone is fine. Today I just tried to resume my training (starting with minimal sets). Saw you went to the UK, hope you had a good time there. Although my city is not very developed in China, I saw the British movie “Trainspotting” when I was a teenager, and the events in that movie left me and my friends dumbfounded. I don't know if you've heard of or seen this movie?

      OH- Do you have any idea what caused that terrible pain? Maybe it was better that you didn't work out a lot to give your body some recovery time. Yes, my time in England was great! We lived with host families and went on different trips; we even went to London! I haven't heard of this movie yet, what is it about?

      Our cultures are completely different, and I don't know if my recommendation will disappoint you, but this movie seems to have a place in the history of world cinema. It's probably about rebellious youths who suddenly don't want to continue the chaos. I don't know if you are interested in this kind of subject matter. What kind of movies do you like? I like sci-fi movies and suspenseful crime movies

      Taekwondo is a sport I have a lot of respect for, and I've heard that it requires a lot of strength in the legs. My insistence on requiring myself to work out should be day 501 as of today. (Including the 5 minutes a day training time in the beginning). How long have you been practicing kickboxing? Simply record a video and check it out too, I'm looking forward to it. You're my first RUclips friend. :)

      Yes, Taekwondo indeed requires a lot of leg strength, but not only. You will need a lot of balance and control of your body since you will have to learn movements that are not included in a regular fitness workout. Additionally, endurance is a very important skill if you want to do kicks for one whole hour 😆 I've only started practising Taekwondo one year ago and that's why I am not very good yet. I'm not sure if I will be able to record a video of my training, since I do it in a group with other students, which is led by my trainer, and we don't normally use phones during the training or make videos. I could only try to record my Calisthenics home exercises because I can do them alone ;) I hope you had a great day!

      Yes. If I let my government know, then it's against the law. But I just want to find a quiet place where no one knows me to record my exercise (and actually kind of push myself, every time I want to give up, I think "I've been at it for so many days, let's just stick it out for one more day". The second point is that RUclips is free to upload and you don't have to compress the video size).

      Forgive me if I'm replying to you with a translation program because my English isn't very good. I didn't expect anyone to see it at all and I hope we can stick together. God knows I only asked myself to exercise for five minutes a day in the beginning, and as time went on I asked myself to add a little more time or difficulty every week. (Because I am a person who gives up too easily). :)

      You started with five minutes and now you are at more than 1 hour per day! This is a great progress and I don't think you give up easily. The fact that you are here today with a strong body proves this.

      Thank you. Since I'm too lazy, I hope I don't set too great goals for myself in the beginning. I'll start out just a little bit better than 'give up anytime'. So from five minutes until now. As it turns out, because you can give up at any time, starting with a tiny goal doesn't stress you out, not to mention that anyone can take out five minutes a day, and some people even go to the bathroom for more than five minutes. I think it's because it's easier to stick to a starting goal that's too simple in turn.

      哈哈哈。我的英语很差,见笑了。谢谢你愿意用英文尝试与我沟通的热心。(根据我的软件我的水平才在A1级别) 我每天早晨五点半起床读英语,所以需要靠无糖的美式咖啡支撑。一天大概需要喝四杯,可以保持早5点30-晚上11:30左右休息的精神。 哈哈我的RUclips竟然有人会看到,这真的是我最近最令人开心和感叹缘分的事情了(因为我没有在任何地方说过这个地方) 浊世遇佳人,再次向您的得体和涵养致谢。
