How height?superb can stand the loft.
Tiny house except the price because that's a whopping 150k. ex transport and on site installation cost.
Wow that’s perfect!!! It looks like a Shay model with a twist! I love the walk in closet area and upstairs and downstairs desks!!❤
There is a lot of wasted space in this design. The living is miniscule in comparison with the kitchen and there is no need for two office spaces. I would incorporate some of the deck to make a much bigger social space and ditch the downstairs study area.
Heartbreaking to have a view like that… I can imagine just sitting on the deck eating bonbons!😂 Great little home all the way around, you’ve clearly made the best of a difficult situation. Love it! Thanks for your feedback, it is an oversized sink, but sinks can never be big enough!
Love, love, love this Tiny, I'm obsessed and the layout of the Home is Genius. It doesn't look like just one huge room, Each space is sectioned off and looks like it would make you actually feel as though you were in somewhat of a traditional home. I love the bedrooms, and the DESK AREA, FOLLOWED BY THE WARDROBE THEN THE BEDROOM is an incredible idea. There's nothing I don't love about this Tiny!!!!!

views are a modern thing. but even in modern history australia views did not come at a premium. I do not like views that stretch on. I would prefer a nice little rabbit hole with a view into a leafy lane

The ceiling height in the second bedroom is 175cm. most people can!

Great floorplan, but in which countries are the dimensions (esp. Height) legal?
Hi, It has been designed for NZ transport requirements. It is just within the legal limits so you do not require permits or pilot vehicles when transporting
It has been designed for New Zealands road transport limits so a pilot vehicle is not required when transported.

Hi Tegan! the height in the 2nd lower bedroom is 175cm, the walkway and master are 195cm!

Absolutely gorgeous design! I love the special features of the upper wardrobe/desk and the multifunctional downstairs space beside the bathroom… you could even have a full wall of cupboards along there for people who need more storage. Bravo! 🙌

I watch from Europe , thought exactly the same, think this floor plan is the best i ever saw - and I saw a lot! Would fit even better than Shaye's Hazel for my needs . Sadly enough it is very difficult to get tiny house permission in germany :/
