What are the waffle boxes made of? Poly..... something. I am interested in setting up one here in Abuja. I am looking at one story building on a 50ft by 25ft rocky land. I love the wafflemat foundation style that you used on the Marriot in Hawaii
So for the wafflemat. We are building in a 100 year flood plain and I’m thinking this would get us some elevation as well? How much of the foundation can stay above ground? Does it need to be buried? And how much of it? And how does it compare cost wise to beam on grade?
