Do not buy from this company. They are lying about delivery dates and use your money to pay for previous purchases. They also ghost you if you ask for a refund. There's plenty of compaints on their own Facebook group. You have been warned.

There bad customer service will Blow your mind more as well. They never answer emails ever!!!! I dread if I have a problem with the product moving forwards! , also there AI chat will tell that you could be waiting for over a month for your product 🤦🏻‍♂️ which is not advertised or marketed anywhere on there Web page! 🤷🏻‍♂️ Great product let down by awful service!

BUYER BEWARE with this product. This company (Born to Explore Limited DBA: Coalax) used the Kickstarter application. They accepted a total of $173,795 from 453 individuals. They later set up a website and appear to be taking new orders but have yet to fulfill the first 453 orders. They appear to have stopped responding to inquiries in October. They also have replied to inquiries on Kickstarter as if they are spam. BUYER BEWARE!

I backed your Kickstarter project for the camera bag without the battery in March 2024 (Backer #27). I specifically chose the version without the battery to avoid delays related to battery issues and to ensure no complications with customs, as the product ships from Hong Kong. Despite this, I have yet to receive my bag. What’s even more infuriating is that backers far behind me in the queue-some in the 100s and even 400s-have already received theirs. I have repeatedly reached out via email and social media, but your responses (on the rare occasion I get one) are generic, impersonal, and likely written by AI. Your lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable. At this point, your behavior appears not just unprofessional but outright deceptive. It seems like your operation is more of a fraudulent scheme than a legitimate business. You appear to prioritize generating funds over fulfilling orders, delivering to a select few while leaving the rest of your backers in limbo with no clear timeline for resolution. This is not how a reputable company conducts business. If you’re reading this as a potential buyer, consider yourself warned: purchasing from this company comes with a significant risk of being strung along indefinitely with no guarantee of receiving what you paid for. This level of mismanagement and disregard for your customers is appalling. If there’s any hope of salvaging your reputation, you need to step up, communicate clearly, and fulfill your promises.

This looks neat, but solar panels are very dependant on the type of the weather, and even then don't work optimally. 25w in ideal conditions would be more like 10-15w, if even that much?
