You need to inform ICSI about it, i think there is separate Ecsin,
Does NOF needs to be in cash or cash equivalent ? Can it be used for investing and all?
Net's own fund is basically equity capital and reserves , companies can invest it

One can request ICSI and give proof of an exceptional situation, the institute may accept the transfer. And this should be prior to transfer if possible

31.3.2024 me first time due to net profit trigger hoti hain applicability toh spend kab tak karna hain? -sep 24 ya march 25 tak? Director report 2024 me mention karna padega ? Ya 2025 wale me? Csr -2 kab file karenge? 24 ya 25 ki agm me?
As your company triggered CSR applicability as on 31st March 2024, so as per provisions, in next financial year of the fy in which it was triggered, we have to spend 2% of Net profit and form csr shall be filed in 2025. But You must study rules and schedules

@@TheLawTalksSir when clicking on switchover, it says that we have to upload all the certificates before switchover..but for short term training certificate, it's already uploaded as I can view it on upload certificate option. For long term training certificate I can't find it on stimulate portal, it is only marked as complete in the home page of stimulate portal. So do we need to upload these certificates again? If yes then where?

@@TheLawTalks Hi, So while applying for switch over, it reflects my current structure is Modified, and Induction, e-governance and Entrepreneurship development is completed and Long term is completed. Even though Skill development is also completed, the same is not reflected on just Switchover page, do you have any idea why is tha or is that okay and i can apply for switchover?

You need to apply for correction in name , just mail to ICSI with an affidavit that what name you want along with all documentation, they will change, I have made video for it just it out for process and documents you required

There is no such auditor login in CIMS portal, u need to upload by company user, however you have to add your Auditor details
