It doesn't look like a huge bag of coke it looks like a glass of milk. He is known to have drunk cartons of milk and he does this in other videos. Few people snort coke standing up, except when doing bumps, but if that was a bag of coke he wouldn't be doing bumps. You don't need to wash it down. All you can tell for sure from this video is he looks tired and he's taking a sip of what is most likely to be milk.
