I LIKE this... BUT I have considered doing something DIY instead, & what I do for the saddle, is carry a 'dirty cloth'(as I call it) - used to wipe hands clean after working with greasy things(chain, bearings, etc) - & place said 'dirty-cloth' on the ground under my saddle... 🤔

Hahah u sure you want to carry 10 lbs bikestand with you on a biketour? - I doubt that.
As someone said hook the seat over a pole or branch. Also as more bikes move to Hydrolic disc brakes turning them upside down can cause bubbles in the line making the brakes not work well.
This only happens if have already bubbles in the system and even if you just have to press and let go the brake lever several times before start riding again and your brakes are fine again. No big deal for premium quality brakes from the last 10 years.
Looks to be a very good value and simply ingenious product. 🫡

yes, or you could hook it on a branch with a towel around the saddle. or you can hoist it on two branches far apart so you have a more stable setup. all you need is 6-8 metres rope, a hook, and two appropriate branches 4 metres apart, and the bike will "float" in the air like with a proper bike stand. once you figure out the exact length needed, which may take about 15 minutes, you don't have to adjust anything anymore, just grab the bike and hook at the stem and the saddle.
I´d say much easier to just install these little guys than to go on a search for a good tree while having a flat tire. Furthermore this BikeVlip solution seems far more stable than fixating the bike with the bikesaddle and a towel on branch...
