I’ve followed this step by step. Once I turn the boiler on the heating comes on without the controls being turned on. Any suggestions?

This is a completely useless video, I’m sure they make it this useless to force you to get an engineer to fit it.

I recently had hive installed. When I select hot water the heating powers up and vice versa. The engineer isn’t coming back/answering phone. What did he do wrong?

If you had 2 different zones and 2 different thermostats would you just repeat the process in the wiring centre twice. As you would need to bypass each thermostat?
