I miss the days when there was no cellphones or social media platforms in general today's generation I'm not even sure what to say anymore not trying to sound rude but today's generation is awful
I was born in the late 90s 😢but i had to do the 50s and 60s and 70s and 80s and 90s in my high school themed dances 😂 we had to do an 80s themed dance and other stuff i did the hair and the outfits and accessories and shoes 🤣 we had an 80s themed prom one time my friend tried to one up her ex boyfriend and fell back and fell in the pool outside of the gymnasium i kid you not i died laughing Extremely hard her ex boyfriend and his new girlfriend were embarrassed immediately me and his new girlfriend left after that and went to the mall me and her weren't going to deal with that madness my friend completely embarrassed the entire high school my great uncle saw the post on social media let's just say i have never been embarrassed in my life before she completely embarrassed everyone especially the principales and vice principales and the staff in general especially the custodian who's my uncle 🤦🏽♀️🤣💀😭😂 i was infuriated and humiliated and other stuff i couldn't believe she would do that nonsense and thought she was going to win her ex boyfriend back i kid you not my relatives made fun of me for it in Tennessee my friend had embarrassed the entire school and it's reputation in general that girl has embarrassed me and the rest of the school because of her ridiculous antics and silly attention to get her ex boyfriend back well that little stunt she pulled failed miserably never again will i ever in my life have to endure that nightmare again that was back in 2017🤦🏽♀️ morale of the story do not do dumb things and try to get attention by getting your ex back i will not be speaking to that girl anymore she has embarrassed me and that school in our city in encino California she ruined the schools reputation completely and tarnished it the other high school a rival of ours was embarrassed as well I'm not surprised nor impressed anymore my friend really embarrassed the entire city and county in general she ruined my reputation with my family and relatives in different states in the south and east coast I'll never let that down and people still talk about till this day in 2025🤦🏽♀️💀😒 why me of all people

@queen_b07 most of the tops are vintage abercrombie or hollister tops, no longer sold by the brand, but you can thrift them online (depop, mercari, poshmark, ebay, vinted) or if you're extremely lucky, find them at your thrift stores

As a southern woman who practices witchcraft, can I still take part in this? I see so many Christian aspects but I'm not one myself.
Goth is for everyone
The Christian aspect is more representative of how Christianity is pervasive in southern/Midwestern culture, how it works really depends on the individual's relationship with Christianity.
i feel like its kinda weird that people r using church/Christianity or catholiscm as an aesthetic. (not all of these) but theres a decent amount that are making those an aesthetic. like u dont see people making other religions an aesthetic so why is it ok for this yk (no hate to u ik u didnt make the videos, and once again its only some of them)
Christianity is a pretty intrinsic part of southern American culture, most people grew up affiliated with a church if not deeply religious so it makes sense to incorporate that or at least your interpretation of it into your chosen aesthetic.
@@adoramae5436 some of them rnt using elements of it, like they just have crosses or smthn. They're pretty much taking Christianity as a religion then making it an aesthetic which is funky to do.

I think it's bc of it's history. Big part of human history is centered around religion and it comforts ppl. Ppl use italy as an aesthetic or vintage america, I think bc it reminds ppl of something deep, i'm not super religious but I deffinetly can get behind these
