Moving tabs in an Asana project can be a right old faff... If it is a weekly meeting how do you create a template with a running agenda that is easily assessable by date?
Might be worth looking at Status Updates on a project for this purpose... Then you get a running timeline on the overview page. Give it a bash!
There's a newly released Notes section in projects which houses a Meeting Notes option. Go to one of your projects, click on the plus on the right hand side of your tabs and select Notes. There's a Meeting Notes template at the bottom of the page. I hope this helps!
Hi! I have a doubt here. How can I update a task column in Asana from a Spreadsheet? Let say I have a Sheet that I update every week with sales numbers. Each week's sale is a column. In Asana I have a project where I have a Sales column where I only need the last week sales number to show. Is it possoble to update that single Asana column with the latest info? Keep in mind that I have tasks that are basically the Salesperson's names, and one column called Sales, among other metrics. I hope this is clear 😂 thanks so much, I really like your videos!
Thanks for the kind words! I think the best way to do this right now would be using an external tool like Zapier or Make.com. You could then link the spreadsheet rows to the tasks in Asana and automate the update... Having said that I am curious as to why the data is being transferred from one system to the other - is the spreadsheet an export from another tool?
