Looking good Jesse!
Dang Jesse!! Looks like you are riding an all out beast!!
@@carlwiegleb706 hahah, wish that were me, that’s jeremy on his new bike. He just asked me to upload it for him
@@jesserhay8805 Well Congrats Jeremy!!! That bike looks like it's a rocket ship!
Looked really smooth Jesse!
Wow ... that wears me out just watching!!
Love it Jesse! Felt myself leaning back in forth just watching!
@@carlwiegleb706 I always catch myself doing that when I watch videos like this one😂
NIce run Jesse!!
Great job Jesse!! That looks like a ton of fun!!
Great writeup and awesome diagrams. Do you know what the diode part number is and where it can be bought?
Not terrible! lol My favorite track. Have you been back?
Hahah thanks man. Yeah, I went for the Air Fence fundraiser last year too
Im getting only 5 volts
Thanks to your video I repaired a cb600f hornet, which has the same problem with the pink wire. You can recycle the diode from your old keyswitch, as I have done.
Okay I have a 02 f4i got new pump in it and it was priming loud and strong but no start no start no start charged the battery up all day came back out and same thing until it stopped priming again??? I resaudered that diode in ignition just incase still no dice, I just volt tested DC20 red pos lead in pink wire where connectors go and I used a ground at my stem I’m getting exactly 9.97 volts is this good?
I’m literally begging somebody to tell me where I should go now I’ve also tried using a breaker wire for my manually able to read codes on dash for flickering it’s just a solid light ignition off, kill switch on I have wire in the green and brown right, turn key on position Fi comes on stays on that’s it no flickering no codes thrown I was told it should start flickering then unplug trip wire within 3-5 seconds put back in and turn bike off this is for resetting the ecm
@austinbates247 You need to go to the stealership. I'm having the same issue. I had a mechanic look at it for 3 hours, and he couldn't figure it out. I'm going to take mine to Suzuki because I can't figure it out. I tried a different ecm, ignition, starter solenoid, tip senor, and kill switch. None of this helped.
@@drjd2real it shouldn’t be anything crazy wires fine new pump fuses are good relays good it’s boiled down to ignition I know my tip sensor is fine
@@drjd2real keep in mind this is the factory oem ignition that has the pink wire
@austinbates247 I think it is something crazy because when I research the problem, it seems common, but no one really has a solution. The ones that do figure it out, their issue is not my issue. I know my ecm is not communicating with the cluster and fuel pump is getting no power.
i agree with these other guys comments thanks for putting up this video. it saved me from buying the expensive switch.
Glad it helped!
Thanks bro. What's FB name or WhatsApp number or email address?
I'm putting one of these engine in a hillxlimb bike, won't have a ignition switch just a starter button, do I need to feed that pink wire. 9v?
yep, pink needs 9v. some people have run into issues with just converter so try and run a resistor in series as well. that should work though.
Straight TRASH video. Do better homie.
Nice test ride video!
It’s a pretty sweet bike!
Was a hell of a weekend riding. You coming to CMP July 8-9? Maybe see you there.
It was an awesome weekend! Saw you out there a few times, how ya liking the BMW? What org is there on the 8th and 9th?
@@jesserhay8805 Man... the S1000R is a beast, really need to get used to it. July 8/9 will be with N2! After that, I'll be back to VIR Patriot on the 16th with evolve. Looks like you guys were rolling pretty good in this video! What was your best laptime for the weekend? I barely scratched a 1:17 with the FZ09.
@@mk3brent Might have to look and see if I could make CMP. I bet the BMW is a blast. I didnt run my lap timer all weekend, had issues with it staying on the last few times I tried using it. One of the control riders, I think it was Alan or Andy, followed me for a couple laps on Saturday and said we were running high 1:16s but I felt like I was moving better Sunday. Who knows though haha. I got too focused on lap times last year and it took a lot of the fun out of it, so I try not to stress them too much.
Looks like an awesome run Jesse!!
Looking great Jesse!
🔥🔥🔥🔥
Smooth run!
Thanks for uploading!
Sweet ride…😎
Man I’m having a problem getting my 929 running and it felt so good to hear her fire up with the 9 volts. Prior to this the bike would crank but not fire?
Its been so long since I did this, I don't remember exactly. If I'm not mistaken, the fuel pump does not run unless that wire gets 9v. I honestly don't remember if it would turn over or not when you hit the ignition.
@@jesserhay8805 Yeah my fuel pump primes and works when I crank the bike over and when it’s disconnected from the rail gas pumps out. So it seems my injectors are not firing or I’m not getting spark. In my experience most of the problems that happen with the bike don’t allow you to crank the starter so it’s weird.
Looking good Jesse! Very smooth!

Thanks I forgot my key far away and thanks to you I can ride😊❤
Good video, Thank you for taking the time and effort in keeping us all in the loop. I've found this very very helpful indeed ❤❤
That was an awesome run Jesse!
Looking good Jesse!
Trying to get back into it haha
It certainly looks like you remembered very quickly how to ride! Looking great Jesse!
Love the video, thx!
Thanks! You were on the blue R6 Right? It was fun following you for a few laps, good riding!
@@jesserhay8805yeah, that was me! Do you have the bike with the octopus and doodles on it?
@@cstick Yessir, that would be mine!
@@jesserhay8805 I met you on the grid at CMP last year and told you I liked your paint. I will keep an eye out for you and say hi next time. Good riding with you again!
@@cstick looking forward to it, see you out there!
Hi. Sorry I know it's long ago but would you or anyone be able to help me with where that pink wire goes into the ECU?
I have the same problem with a 2002 Hornet CB 600 F, I disassembled the diode is the original code is: 3.9 B2 (may be helpful ☺)
Hope it helps!
Hey thats me at 3:10 :D
I always try to find myself in other peoples videos haha, it’s nice to see another perspective of your riding!
Man that makes me miss the gsxr just hearin it😢
That was yours right in front of me on the out lap, I was recording for Brad a little bit
@@jesserhay8805 lol heck yeah. Im wantin a zx6r now or another gsxr lol

I bought a 929 last year. I'm 58 years old and my friends laugh and say "get off your kids bike".😁
Live your life bro lol stay safe
Great vid! Following Brad for several laps is really informative. Super smooth.
Thanks! It was a solid day, felt weird being in novice especially with so much traffic, but it was definitely a good time. Planning on being at CMP at the end of the month with N2.
@@jesserhay8805 I’ll be there too. See ya then.
@@User6327 Awesome, it’s a great track if you haven’t been, see you there!
I couldn't hear the speaker.
I found a solution and has work for me and a few of my mates I went to the store and purchased needed rapid fix and few dividers and resistors and done the trick cheers guys

How do you like it... I found one near my city for 7k obo... it doesn't even have 500 miles brand new from 2001 lol
I loved that bike, it was awesome. I have since sold it but kinda wish I hadent. That honestly sounds like a steal for 7K
@@jesserhay8805 yeah?
@@holbrook_scatpack3927 I mean, it’s probably over MSRP but, for something with that low mileage and it’s sort of a niche bike…it’s not a bad deal, Atleast in my opinion
Great video! It is interesting hearing your thoughts about the different sections of the track! Being cautious on your first time back on the track since the fall makes perfect sense, and I'm sure you were able to pick up the pace as you got some time on the track. Looking forward to what you post next!
Nice video!
Thank you!
carrying a bottle of piss about with you
Very nice , just got a 929 in December haven’t used yet as never ridden a sports bike…..what revs are you generally changing gear on as it’s been 25 years since I last owned a bike !!!!
That's awesome man, I'm sure you'll love it, they're great bikes! Honestly, it all just depends on what you're doing/how you're riding. Most of the time you want to be in a gear that you aren't bogging down the motor, but you also don't want to be reving it super high all the time. Its mostly feel, you'll get used to it after riding pretty quick
