Please re-record this video and properly record each room and a lot slower, so we may actually see the home. I’m glad there is no talking but I can’t really see the home.

We bought an Evolution in 2019. We had an inspector check insulation, roofing, electrical-all the stuff they check. He said our house is very well-built. We’ve been very comfortable here, even in the hot season. We are delighted to have this home. Fun fact: when our son installed a doggie door, he was shocked to discover that the dog would actually be walking through a doggy tunnel to reach the outside, since the outside house wall is over 8 inches thick. No wonder our utility bills are so reasonable! We have had a great experience with Lennar!

Wayyyy over priced for a mudhut! Yes they may look ok for now but wait not even a year and the house starts falling apart. I work on these and see the jobs that others do. 0 care just getting the job done. Go watch the people building them before purchasing 😅

My brother bought this home in Surprise, AZ, (Lennar at Asante at Discovery) and after he closed we installed a security camera system and while we were in the attic we realized that Lennar did not blow in the insulation in the ceiling above the smaller home and that it was always hot in there during the first summer he lived there. Lennar did take care of these issues, but the only way we found it was because we cut an attic access hole in the single car garage to access that area, and it was all just drywall and wires because the insulation team could not access it from the main house because of the pitch of the roof in that area. The neighbor guy who had the same model house had the same problem and after that word spread all over the neighborhood to people who had that same model for them to check ASAP!

Why is the vents at the top of the ceiling I don’t like it will be hard to clean the vents it’s not a good ideal for the furnace to be in top of the ceiling I have known peoples had trouble with the furnace in the ceiling not a great idea

Cabinet need to go all the way to the ceiling need to be medium gray or black the floor is a little busy other than that it’s looks nice

Lennar sucks. Do your research before buying any Lennar House. People complaining about Lennar houses. Check it out on youtube
