How do you handle someone that answered and isn't interested in buying or selling? How do you respond?

That first year doing no sales, were you doing any prospecting besides social media? Any calling, door knocking? What would you recommended to a newbie to do now that you wish you would have done year one?

Hey Nicole, just wondering if that $418 million dollar lawsuit that NAR got affected realtor commissions in the Northeast? I am not a realtor yet but will become one when I retire from the nursing field in 5 years or perhaps even sooner.

So I've been 'dialing and smiling' for about 20 years, and I can say that not only your scripts- but the way you handle objections or potential dead-ends are VERY good. They are lucky to have you on their team, for sure.

I passed the real estate exam a month ago on the first attempt. I joined a team with very high expectations. I’m hating it so far. I have zero experience but I feel like I’m not learning nor being taught anything about how to do things. Instead the team lead just throws me in the woods and expects me to do the things right and gets mad when I don’t know how to do the things. I feel so unhappy right now.

Love this content!Absolutely true it matters with who you work! I would like to understand how do you set your goals related to sales and how you arrange the inside work, like excel sheets,follow ups,meetings etc? It would really help to know from an experienced and successful realtor on how to arrange the work to actually close more.

Nice work 👏🏽 I’m also on my 5th year in RE. It’s also the fifth year of me living in SF so I came here and started everything from scratch. $20M sold. 11 transactions. GCI just north of $500k. I didn’t sell anything the first 6 months. It was a struggle but it all worked out 🙏🏽

Crazy how some of these potential buyers were complaining about the high home prices, and saying they wanted to wait, when interest rates were around 3%. Almost 3 years later and prices are still high (in some areas even higher than they were during this video) and interest rates are almost 8%. Sometimes you really can't wait on the market to change.... because it's not always going to go where you want it to go. Especially if you have the money. If you have the money, and your credit in order, go on with your life instead of keeping it on hold. It's the same with right now.... yes, interest rates are almost 8%, but you can always buy now and refinance....or even buy points to lower the interest rates. If you wait, what do you think is going to happen once interest rates drop again? If they drop to 6 or even 5%, there's going to be a shitload of buyers, who have been on the fence, jumping into the market. There are a whole lot of people who really need to make moves, and once they all do AT THE SAME TIME, the competition is going to get crazy again and we'll possibly start seeing the bidding we saw a few years ago. What happens then, especially with super low inventory?? Prices rise again to where people have to actually offer over asking to even get their offer acknowledged. So in the end, you're still paying more. If you get something now and this ends up happening again, at least you're building equity. If you're renting while waiting, you're just making someone else richer while you are destroying your savings.... I'm talking about if you are planning on buying. Some people just rather rent, and that's fine. My point is, it's not really easy to time the market.
