I actually didn't notice that I'm not watching a video with hundreds of thousands of views. This is very well done, you gave great tips and some tasteful humour. I could totally see this go viral. It's quality material. Just to improve - I would suggest editing the video a lil bit to saturate the colors, maybe even oversampling it with ai to increase the resolution. Also improving the quality of the sound would help. As you can hear on the vid, your voice is clipping a bit (the volume is so high that it distorts your voice). Unfortunately that can't be fixed by just lowering the volume since the sound waves are just already recorded like this. So you have to fix it while recording. Like moving the microphone a bit further from you or buying a clip-on mic. Or even easier - just do a voiceover. Those are just suggestions to improve the quality of the videos however they are already enough, even simply too good to get MUCH more views than you have now.

She might be trying to compound shoulders more than the pectorals. Different grips for different rips.
@@michaelellis3144 but that reduces the effectiveness of the lift overall, you don't need to do assistance exercises until you get the main lift up to a point it requires assistance. If you want shoulders more involved just press overhead
Could you please do a video on how to help loosen your tight hamstrings? My ham strings are really tight and i cant do things like seated hamstring curls or even sit with my legs straight forward.
Hurdler stretches and supine hamstring stretches. Look them up, work wonders

Damn bro how did you get like that. I got really flexible hamstrings just stretching before football training and games. So 3x a week just trying to touch my toes with legs straight from standing up, sitting with legs straight out, leaning to each side with legs split apart. Also stretch your quads to balance things out. Make sure you aren’t “bouncing” when stretching. Make sure you are holding the position for at least 3 seconds and push yourself each time. Also stretching your hamstrings under load at the gym will help. Do this and you’ll have perfectly flexible hamstrings within 3 months. If not, you should visit a physio as something else may be causing your issue
@@BigL.10 its most likely because i sit down a ton because i have nothing to do when im home except play games. I dont really have a basketball ring or have an actual bike. My mum wont even let me ride it around my neighbourhood even though im old enough to
@@rimyobakos4277 I don’t wanna intrude on ur life but u should tell your parents that you want to exercise and they are likely to help you out. If you can sign up for some form of sport it will help your body. When you’re gaming set a timer on your computer or phone to remind you to get up and stretch out every 30mins to hour or so in between games. Doesn’t have to be anything serious just get up from your chair. It sounds like you’re young so I’d just recommend to you to eat a good amount of nutritious food (don’t get obsessed with healthy eating it can become bad for mental health), make sure you sleep enough (to make sure you grow and keep your brain healthy) and try amd do some exercise. Trust me you will feel better mentally and physically
