Thanks Chris! I was looking for just this kind of video for our little homeschool co-op. We are doing a basic botany and local ecology class this next semester. This was presented in such an approachable and informative way for these teens. I can't wait to show it to them. Thank you so much! I love the idea of a square meter photography project!

Thank you for this video! If we could convince folks to turn their yards into 'pollinator sanctuaries'; I feel certain we could start to see a rise in the numbers once again. In Colorado there's been a great effort to promote tall grass lawns. In Boulder and Longmont the city has relaxed their ordinances on grass height. Homeowners must of course go through the program to be allowed to do this. They aren't allowed to just not cut the grass :) I've seen this working and the ecology of those yards in amazing! Life will go where life can live.

Will future development of the areas that are protected be under a "no go buffer zone"? As I've seen in CO; a lot of times development is allowed within such a short distance from the 'wildlife zone'-that it begins to disturb the ecology even if it's not within the area. Great information! Thank you.
