Specifically, if work is incomplete, consider requesting an RFI for a subsequent inspection. For significant issues requiring extended resolution, discuss cancellation with the inspection division. If substantial comments or non-conformities exist, the RFI may be rejected, and the violation documented. Sometimes, the reverse may also occur.

That's a very insightful question. In some projects, coordination between different disciplines is crucial. Before pouring concrete, we must verify that all conduits, pipes, and embedded items have been properly installed. Sometimes, electrical and mechanical details are omitted from the civil drawings, so we need to ensure that all installations have been completed and inspected by the relevant QC inspectors.
