Run DMC, ETC was the blueprint standard while LA owned the DIGITAl RAP Sound and the FUNK fusion by a group of some of the most deadliest competitive DJ='s the entire Hip Hop world bi coastal wise. So when DJ Bobcat from the Crenshaw District by way of The World Class Wreckin Crew all star level was recruited by DEF JAM/ LL COOJ J for hit producer's ear and Turntables, it was a MF BIG DEAL in LA Rap Culture as much as Bobcat plays it low profile Keep in mind that in this space, there was no such thing as performing live LA without gang of hoods in mob numbers at the show rushing the stage and or anybody clearing out the bleachers on live action thunderdome showing off their blue and gray performances at the venue. @Nailsdewed i swear it was 93 ,but i can admit i might be wrong about the year because i'm 30 now but it had to be 93 or very early 94 , it wasn't 95 thats when i starting seeing the real video and the cd was promoted the correct way with magazins and tv interviews.

@Nailsdewed :) lol thanks .yes they did it sound just like the cd version ,but i got the cassette tape first before they started selling only cds at "sam goodys".

@Nailsdewed IT was as promo "promotion video "just the song with 3t picture on the video. that tv show i was talking about used to play songs befor they was on radio or had a full cd made .its no longer on the air .
