This is so bad! I had a different issue and have been SO disappointed with Cult Beauty which is why I was looking for similar experiences. My issue was that I received an order that included an active serum that has completely gone off. I opened it a couple of days after I received the order so it is definitely due to bad warehouse conditions, or very old product. I am literally *still* trying to resolve this with Cult Beauty who have been so unhelpful! Constant back and forths and they've sent my complaint to their quality review team who I was initially told would get back within 2-3 days and when I followed up they're now saying 3-5 days. Outrageous, and so inconvenient for me for a fault of theirs. Every other retailer/ brand I have shopped with have issued immediate refunds/replacements for any issues I've had, and never have I received expired/ gone off products! It's clear they are trying to prolong the inquiry in the hopes I'll give up. I think after the new ownership Cult Beauty seems to have gone down in quality, both in terms of the products they're selling, and in terms of customer service. Once I get my money back I am definitely not shopping from there again! It's such a shame as it was such a convenient place to shop some great brands. Thanks for sharing your experience and hope you got your money/ products back! <3

15 pound for a harness is amongst the cheapest and they are so cute ❤ Everything is expensive these days but im always shocked over how much food you get for your money compared to our prices in sweden. I get anxiety when im going to the store because if i buy for 100 pound say i dont almost get anything its awful here
