For those who still quite don't grasp the "Some crimes require a unanimous verdict from the jury, while others don't" thing, please consider this; Burglary (illegal entry with intent to commit a crime, especially - but not limited to - theft) Burglar enters a home. Will he steal stuff, will he kill somebody, will he grape somebody or will he burn down the house (property damage)? The burglary is the _primary_ crime, which requires a unanimous jury verdict. All the other stuff are _predicate_ crimes, which doesn't require a unanimous jury. It doesn't require a determination. The predicate crimes doesn't even have to have actually taken place - intent is enough*. Intent (from "Illegal Entry With *_INTENT_* To Commit A Crime") can be inferred, from evidence (paperwork) and testimony (from co-conspirators). In addition, consider how a jury can be legally prevented from determine the predicate crime(s). A state jury simply aren't allowed to determine a federal crime. If one or more of the predicate crime(s) are federal in nature, the state jury cannot make a full legal determination, but they are allowed to infer the crime(s) for the purposes of elevating a misdemeanor to a felony. *An unsuccessful bank robbery (because the teller refused to give up the cash or you tripped and dropped the money on the way out), is still a bank robbery. Intent is enough.

Trump is not above the law bottom line. It was looked at if he had conflicting judgmental things that would keep him from legally being on this case and they ruled he didn’t look at the Supreme Court. Honig’s behaviour throughout his commentary on the trial has been shameless shilling for Trump, Even shouting down ( with Artor Aidala, who is auditioning to be Trump’s appellate lawyer) Karen Friedman Agnifilo who made the perfectly reasonable point that on sentencing Merchan can and will take into account what the evidence established was the wider sscale conspiracy between Trump and Pecker/AMI. Honing shoutingly claimed that Trump wasn’t charged with conspiracy - which is misleading. Trump was charged with false documents in the fist degree , ie with intent to aid commit or conceal the predicate crime the predicate crime was COnspiracy to promote a candidates election and/ or prevent another candidates election by unlawful means. The evidence for such a conspiracy as the background to the Stormy Daniels conspiracy ( and there evidence going to prove the existence of the conspiracy regarding the payment to Daniels) is rock solid.
