its called the alpin, named after the alps
No if u know he can change the opening to fantasy
Alien gambit works perfectly fine especially in the bullet but in blitz and rapid.... Not really.
for sure, I do recommend risky gambits like this for bullet. But more time for each player means these gambits are going to work less and less
Aliens are raiding 👽👽
Stockfish always gives the advantage to Black when it comes to the King's Gambit.☝🏻 But when they play the common moves, they are over.👍🏻
it's why I consider win rate more important than what an engine says
I know, it's Qh8.☝🏻 It was easy to solve.👍🏻
yep
“White is winning” End vid: “it’s a draw”
I did end the "white is winning" sentence with " , right?" to be fair
@@ChessOverLife. good point
You're helping me though.😁☝🏻 I can't thank you enough.🙂🙏🏻
happy to hear that this is helpful
Witty Alien is the one who invented it.☝🏻 He will pay the price when I play against him.😏 Thanks for making this video.🙂🙏🏻
glad I could help!
Would knight e7 work?
after knight e7 black can move to f8 and the only good check you have is Nxg6+, but black can either move the king to g8 or sacrifice the rook, and you don't have checkmate on the next move
Rook f2
Queen h8
Queen h8 is right, after rook f2 the knight on d8 can block
Brilliant
Knights should be the most powerful chess piece
Isn't Nd6 then promoting to a queen also mate in 2?
Bishop protects
If ke6 obviously
Could’ve done the same with pawn takes and becomes queen check, then underpromotion
after Qxf8 the bishop can block. Even if the king went to d6, d8=N+ is not checkmate because the king can go to e7. If you're talking about the other pawn, dxe8=Q, black can give a check on g7 with the bishop, so you won't get a mate in 2
Who is too lazy to mate in 3
me
@@ChessOverLife. ok
I'm not very good at chess, but can't white king go to f7 and then rook to a8? It's looks easier
the knight can take the pawn and check if king f7
after that you just bring the knight back and there's no mate
Take knight with bishop or rook and rook to 8th rank
Bishop takes knight, their king moves to g8, and you move your rook to a8.
the king cant move because of white's pawn
@@szymonoq1that’s only protecting G7, not G8.
@@szymonoq1 the pawn's protecting g7 not g8
@@ryanrzjr my bad
Bro, too lazy, too, mate in 4 bruh
No, it is a M3.
@Number42411there is mate in 3 and in 4 and he is telling you how to mate in 3 but mating 4 is easier to find
@@Redstonecuber2 Oh, I see
Qg6?
yep
Well I’m taking mate in 3
Fr. Checkmate = Win so I’m happy
Bishop to g6 is mate in one
d7 exists
Hmmm C8 = knight If he wastes a move from the rook or bishop its Nd6# And If Kf7 Again Nd6#
Mother fucker, it works either way 2,3 or 4 moves are fine
Ne5 Bc4 Bd7 mate
king takes e7
I would have lost 😕
Isnt there #Bg6 mate?
king goes to d7, you don't have an immediate checkmate after that
I found it, yay.
Promote pawn to queen, King moves to f7 knight goes to e 5 and that's a checkmate in 2 moves. So there is two checkmates in 2 moves
King takes pawn on E7
Bro is to lazy to mate in 3
I am
Mate in 1 bishop g6
Kd7
King moves d7
Nice gambit😮😮
Nice gambit😮😮
As a person with 897 elo I found it in like -0.10283810 seconda
knowing the solution before seeing the puzzle, impressive
my first instinct was to sacrifice the queen and i got the answer in first try
Im 100 elo and found it in 2 days
Lol
Still found it
Bro, I saw it, IN 3 SECONDS, AND IM 6-7 HUNDRED ELO. LETS GOOOO.
as a 800 elo player, i saw it in ~8 seconds
As a person with 1678 elo I found it in like 7 seconds
you don't even have to be good to spot it cuz i did in like 15s and i'm 900 elo
I found it in 6 seconds as 1027 ELO 😅
Saw it easily 6.385844 seconds
I found mate, like in 5-10 seconds
if your elo is above something like 1200 then yeah, I'm not surprised
I had to pause it for a while but I was able to find it despite not having seen it before
nice
This position is bulkshit Even if possible to create position like this, you need to play were strange way
as I have said in the pinned comment, in a puzzle, whether the position is reachable or not doesn't matter
A ChESs gAMe pLaYEd PerFecTLy eNdS wiTh a dRaW
I'm seeing a lot of comments questioning the set-up of the pieces. In a puzzle, the set up doesn't matter - you can find the solution and that's what a puzzle is about. The reason I put two dark squared bishops there is because if they weren't there, after Nc2 and then Bc6, the knight can give a check on either square the bishops are on. The white king has to move and then the black king can take the pawn, escape, and it's a win for black. Having the bishops there means the knight is forced to go to e1 to defend f3, and then it's a draw.
Meanwhile Black with two black line bishops💀
If you find yourself in this position there’s actually a much better solution. First you forfeit the game and learn how to actually play chess because seriously, what even is this set up
Y’all it’s a possible position, he only has 7 pawns, so one of the pawns could’ve promoted to a dark squared bishop
True, but WHAT TF IS THE PURPOSE!?!?
How is even possible to have 3 pawns on the same line?
Why are there two dark squared bishops
I pawn promoted to a Bishop on a dark square
