Yep we did the link road, it was nothing extreme we didn’t even have to put it into 4wd you just need a vehicle with some clearance. Watch out for those goannas but they were cheeky buggers all weekend 😂😂

We haven’t no, on this trip we stayed at central station, orchid beach and woralie creek ( central station was the only fenced one). Central station was a great place to stay at if you want to do a lot of day trips as it’s relatively close to all the big attractions.

We always prefer the ones at Rathmines particularly the RAF base, they are rarely busy, easy to use and only a 40 minute drive.
