Women Empowering Nations (WEN) is a global organization dedicated to providing exposure, development, and mentorship to underserved girls. Under the leadership of Carlisha Williams Bradley, WEN has created measurable leadership development opportunities for over 9,000 girls across 23 countries. Our mission is to accelerate their path to leadership and social impact, equipping thousands of young women from diverse backgrounds with the tools and confidence to become the next generation of leaders.

Through leadership training, mentorship programs, and global exposure opportunities, WEN empowers girls to develop their social impact skillset and amplify their voices. Programs like the GLOW Global Cohort, GLOW R.I.S.E. In-School Program, GLOW Leadership Summits, and GLOW Travel Seminars inspire girls to create tangible change in their communities, broaden their perspectives, and build the confidence needed to take on leadership roles.
