Jag kör en 90-tals shibaura cm354.. den driver på bra. Dom är ju tunga och rejäla dessa reskapsbärare.

Hello, i dident change the o-rings.

In this case I did not replace the orings but my got to parts dealer for kubota was Paul at www.meetens.co.uk/. meetens has stop trading and refer to www.lsengineers.co.uk/. But I have no experiance with this company.

Hello, I actually just set them in the middle of the adjustment. To my knowledge, To set them correctly would need to be done a a shop with the right equipment. I would test different settings.

I removed the injector lines off the fuel pump and did the "fountain test" and there was very little fuel coming out of the one and two injector pumps. The pump closest to the front of the engine was showing a good spout of fuel. I had recently changed the element in the fuel filter (about a half hour before) and did not see the spring that holds the filter element in place. I went back to that point and saw some black pieces floating in the bottom of the filter bulb and the element was not up where it was suppose to be. I am thinking something was sucked up into the injector pump. Still working up the nerve to take mine apart. I would like to do it for the knowledge of doing it but also thought about sending it out to be repaired. Do you repair these for customers?

@@entorum Thanks Martin, I was able to set the barrel back to where I thought it should be and now the key shut off works and the black smoke is gone. The cylinder that was putting out black smoke does not respond when I loosen the nut at the injector, fuel comes out but when I tighten the nut down there is no response. I am wondering if I fouled the injector with all that black smoke. Anyway, thanks for your response.

Mark them beforehand . Otherwise you can set the timing using the marks on the flywheel , although I havent done this personally

Perfekt till stället där belosen inte tar sig fram, kollar man noga så ser man dock att den är lite mer förstärkt i senare delen av videon då den gick i 2 bitar vid första körningen :)

Hello, Sotty but I don’t remember the orientation of the plunger or the barrel.

Noticed that I had an answer in another comment: ’the groove should be away from the rack.

@@entorum Yes I removed and rotated both plungers 180 degrees but am not getting any squirting from either port while cranking, only oozing. Both plungers have zero slop and move freely inside the barrels and the fuel inlet holes in each barrel are also pointed away from rack towards fuel inlet. Thank you.

No recalibration so the cylinders will probably not get the correct amount of fuel, but it runs. I’m currently working on the machine that this engine will sit in and if the machine is good I might send the pump for recalibration.

@@entorum ya you have to or you'll have some bad smoking or bogging issues. On a Toyosha CS-112 three cylinder the pump was seized after sitting for like 20 years cause water from condensation In the tank. I took it apart unseized it and lubricated it and then put it back in all the pistons were working made sure the injectors were working. Engine would still not run, so I drained the old oil fill the crankcase with diesel and cranked it with all the diesel slashing around it calmed it enough to fire. Ran it with diesel for a bit then drained it replaced It with oil. The engine has a hard time starting and when it starts it bugs and bearly stays running with lots of with smoke. That's from a fuel pump that in uncalibrated.

Hej, stenmjöl tror jag det var, ör nog tur att det ör svårt att fylla skopan fullt. Sladden fungerar bra och skall uppgraderas med vikter och ett gäng piggar som river i marken.

Sorry, No idea and I got this by trade so I don't have any purshase order either.

Duane Weldon Calibration is lacking but to send the pump away for service is expensive so I tock a chance and tried to fix it myself. Also i would guess that the different pistons is not getting the same amount of fuel.

Christian Christensen hej, tyvärr ingen tredje del. Steget står nu som reservdelssteg. Alla vappar bytta och alla mindre transistorer utan förbättring. Att byta sluttransistorerna kändes inte värt det då det bar osäkert om det skulle hjälpa. Det kag funderar kring ar att jaga rätt på det riktiga elschemat till detta steget för att kanske hitta något lätt fel, schemat jag haft nu är till en senare version.

Christian Christensen Hej, det gjorde vi inte. Vi mätte på dom och dom verkade ok och med tanke på kostnaden ville jag inte chansa (antar att du menar dom 10 parade transistorerna).

I would start by doing a ticket to behringer, perhaps suggest to make the x-air ver 1.6.1 available either by the api file or in appstore as pre ios 12 x-air.

Dojan Walles look at 4:35 and a bit forward. The cut out in the plunger should be on the opposite side of the trottle rack.

Yes I did I updated my pad and I would click on the map and it would constantly boot me out of it .

Vincent Wilson what ipad and ios version do you use, and what version of x-air are you trying to download?

I have the xair18 and I have the iPad mini when I updated my iPad the app stopped working

Vincent Wilson if your having ios 9.3.5, removing x-air and installing it by finding it in previously bought apps (or similar) you should be able to install tha latest version of x-air (1.6.1). Do you have ios 9.3.5?
