We are still holding out that one day Mattel will actually do a rubber dinosaur for the Jurassic World line lol I truly believe the rubber was way more durable and held up better than the plastic from the Mattel dinosaurs. Which is your favorite dinosaur toy from Mattel or Kenner?

@sporksporkersin I agree with you 100 percent. The toys really have no marketing to go with them, and the stores have hardly any displays. I believe that is why the new 93 Series for the 30th Anniversary has not sold out yet for pre-orders due to the price increase and quality and people are waiting to see in person. What is your thoughts on this?

@rackballjones - This is just my opinion but believe the future will de the New Dino Trackers line- however I am not sure if it will succeed as it reminds me of the Jurassic Park Chaos Effect Line which had some very cool dinosaurs in the set, but also just did not have an overall big hit as there were no shows to have this toy line be part of. I wish Mattel would stop re-releasing so many variants of dinosaurs with just new colors or changing the mold of the dinosaur for a new gimmick. Really wish we could get quality back and not quantity as the original Kenner Line was quality and the dinosaurs were far superior as the rubber and detail just looks so good vs the plastic from Mattel. I think Mattel should hop on the Kenner Retro wagon and remake all the original 1993/1994 toys with the unreleased products and package them as if the 1990s returned as Star Wars has been doing this with huge results. What are your thoughts?

@junglehotel I am right there with you. This is my favorite T-Rex from the entire series from Mattel, except the Hammond Collection T-Rex is right there as well. What is your all time favorite Jurassic Park or Jurassic World toy released?

@Garbanzo Lee - I really like these cans, wish I could have found all of them as well as the Barbasol Cans however we in Montana did not get everything Were you able to get any products from Jurassic World Dominion?

@ray's reviews, I completely agree with you, I really wish Mattel would have just released a newer version of the Kenner Triceratops as that still is the best Triceratops in my opinion from either toy line and company as the size is great, the rubber texture and detail in the 90's still holds up today. What do you think on the new bigger triceratops that will be releasing with the Dino Tracker line?

@@rusherstoys that Dino Trackers Trike is the same (digital?) sculpt as the HC Trike, but with less articulation. It will definitely please many fans...until we get an HC Trike from TLW or Jurassic World.

@orobas thanks for the great comment - we love reviewing these toys. I have been keeping the Hammond Collection boxes as I really like the packaging but I do not believe you can easily remove the tails since they snap in and there is no easy way to undo the lock pin. Congrats on your Ceratosaurus - let me know what you think of it, I really like this dinosaur from Mattel and feel this is one of their strongest releases yet - Spinosaurus I believe will be coming sooner than later in the Hammond Collection

I still have some sealed Jurassic Park and Lost World toys but do not want to open those! I really am digging the Ceratosaurus from the Hammond Collection and the star Rex! The Triceratops if you watch ,my review is honest, I like it but not my favorite of the group! @Action Stopmotion14R I am right there with you with the legs issue. I really wish they would fix this as I believe this issue with the plastic will be an issue for many years to come. I know Kenner/Hasbro did not have all the issues with the Dinosaurs falling over as my Thrash N Throw Rex still stands as well as the Bull Rex, but my Hammond Collection T-Rex is already leaning over a little more and sometimes falls from the leg moving and I think this has to deal with the weight from the head and body on the leg? Did you get the Hammond Collection Rex yet? I do believe the Spinosaurus will be getting released in the coming months from Mattel as the Hammond Collection is the popular line right now for Jurassic in my opinion

@Arely Perez - I really hope they do as well as the Spinosaurus is one of the most popular dinosaurs from Jurassic Park and should be made into a Super Colossal as it has taken the stage in Camp Cretaceous. Do you think it should be painted to match Jurassic Park 3 or Jurassic World Camp Cretaceous?

I think it's a good idea de painted will be from Jurassic park 3, because there are people that recreates scenses of the movies, but the painted of camp cretaceous it's good but i choose the jurassic park 3

@@arelyperez9861 I completely agree with you. I wish Mattel would re-release the Legacy Collection Spinosaurus with more features and a better paint job to let everyone have another chance at scoring/adding that dinosaur to their collection. I really was not a big fan of the detail on it. I really hope Mattel does the Super Colossal Spinosaurus and I do believe within the next year we will have a Hammond Collection Spinosaurus

Thanks so much for the kind words, I try to put myself outside of the 1993 Kenner Jurassic Park toys as I have the entire set and when I review these toys, I think of the next generation and really how far the Jurassic Park and Jurassic World toy line has come. I really like your idea of starting with the Amber Collection and the Hammond Collection as I feel these are truly the best of the best from Mattel in quality as well as overall detail and features. Don't get me wrong the regular dominion line is good, but not even close to the quality from the Amber and Hammond Collection, which I believe will hold a stronger value for collectors/resale value in the end. I do believe a Spinosaurus, Indominus Rex, and Giganotosaurus will becoming as well, as Mattel has basically taken the Amber Collection toys, and made smaller sculpts of the figures to go with the 3-3/4" line. What is your favorite Jurassic World Hammond or Amber collection figure released so far?

@planet dee, this rex is the most beautiful t-rex released and everytime I look at it, I have to remind myself it is not a model or statue! Did you get the Hammond Collection Rex?

@@rusherstoys I did not. I seen one at Target (when I was going to pick up the Legacy Rex Escape pack) but it is not for me. It looks really nice but I am not a fan of articulation. I recently ordered and just received (2 days ago) the Epic Roarin Rex. It just was the Rex for me. I am sure it will be out of production soon because it is an older Rex and I am new to this all again (since the original in 1993).

@@planetdee3587 I completely understand with what you are saying about the articulation. If you stand this Rex up at the highest points with the legs, it does not look right, and that is my opinion, but if you pose this rex just right it looks so realistic, but yes I agree with you on articulation. As for the epic roarin rex, let me know what your thoughts are on that, as that is one rex I wish I would have picked up sooner, but never did. I believe you are right with it being out of production soon as well. What was your favorite Jurassic Park toy from the 1993 series from Kenner?

@@rusherstoys Yes! Exactly what you said about the HC Rex standing straight. I said that same thing in an earlier comment on another video. It does not look natural like that but I was scared if you bend the knees, it would calapse. I hate loose figures. But I do hope everybody's figure holds up in the future. As far as the Kenner line, I had the Rex, young Rex, triceratops, coelophysis, Dilophosaurus and pterodactyl. My favorite was Dilophosaurus and the large rex..Rex... and triceratops.... lol, they were all great. About 5 or 6 years ago I gave my red Rex to my wife's nephews because I did not know when I would have kids and it was just sitting in storage (mint though). Now I have 2 kids (twins) and I regretted it. Also me having kids inspired my Dino collecting again. I asked to get my red Rex back but they thew it away :(. That hurt so much. Glad though I did not give up my old Dinoriders Rex (means the world to me).

@@rusherstoys I did not open the Epic Roarin yet but just messed with it in the package. It looks great. The tongue is the precursor to the HC Rex tongue. The neck articulation is really cool (like the movie rex animatronic). I am going to paint the fingernails because the first new Rex I got (for my kids actually) is the Stomp N Escape (which is how I got back into all this) has painted fingernails. If I could merge the Epic Roarin and Stomp N Escape, it would be nearly perfect to me. But the Epic Roarin is mine (not for the kids) and I got the Legacy Escape Pack at the same time so the Epic Roarin will replace the Rex in that set (though I will keep that Rex for collectors purpose) because it is a better size scale.

@planet dee - my thoughts exactly. I really like the Ford Explorer out of this set, and really wish they would have included Lex and Tim in this set to help complete the entire package bundle. The T-Rex is smaller and in my opinion is the Legacy Collection T-Rex with just different paint and without the scars from the Raptors as that has not happened in the movie yet. I believe this Rex should be more in size with the Hammond Collection T-Rex or even the Epic Roarin Rex.

@@rusherstoys I think because it is a smaller Rex is probably the only reason it is not more expensive than $50 base price. I seen the HC Rex with the new bathroom scene set is $80. But I do agree they should have a larger Rex. Also as far as the other figures, I thought about this. They should have a complimentary set of the second Explorer with all the other humans (Grant, Lex, Malcom and no Rex) for $35 to complete the set.

@planet dee - congrats on getting this set for such an amazing price - well worth adding to the collection - now hopefully we can get the Jurassic Park Mercedes from the Lost World with the Bull Rex and Eddie Carr - would that set just look amazing?
