Bread & Roses heritage festival is held every year on Labor Day in Lawrence, MA. Commemorating the 1912 Bread & Roses strike. Music, food, art, excellent historic tours. Highly recommend attending one Labor Day. They’re also on social media if you can’t make it in person.

I hear you! I prefer a later version which goes: As we go marching, marching We battle too for men, The men who join their voices As we raise our call again: I think that version also segues better into the second half of the verse than the original version does.
With all respect, but if you want equality you shouldn't threat men like demons. Or do you want to tell me that a little boy in your body is less worthy as a girl? So when a mother gives birth to a boy, is he, because he his not a girl, not worth to fight for a better world? Is he not the result of love? Who makes a boy or rises him to an adult? The Feminists who started all of this know it very well to put all togehter and to fight togehter, nowadays Feminists act sometimes like faschists. All for us, but not nothing for the other side or gender. Thats a perversaiton of the Idea of equality. Shame to you. We are all humans and should stay togehter for the freedom of everyone in this world. In the end everyone has a mother, a man, a homosexual, a transgender, a girl, a lesbian even a criminal and a faschist has a mother.
