Most satellites are about the size of a family car. You struggle to see any even just a few miles away and this view of earth covers thousands of miles squared.

Do you know why you can’t see any satellites? It’s due to camera exposure. There’s another camera aboard the ISS that has its exposure set extremely high. When the sun hits that camera there is so much light that the image is completely washed out. But on the night side of earth, you can see the entire Milky Way galaxy AND, guess what? Satellites! Of course the video was edited stupid idiot.. i clearly said it INSIDE THE VIDEO DESCRIPTION -_- This video has been deleted so I'm putting it back online it's in real time from space without cuts except at the beginning and at the end because you can't see anything if the sun is in front of the lens so they cut the time that the sun's rays are softer to allow visibility the end of the video is actually the beginning, the second cut is at 1:03:34 because without the sun you can't see anything, see for yourself. They cut two moment in the video open your eyes before open your mouth -_-
