Minors numbers 3, 5 and 6 you can not see from dash cam. Use of speed fault probably was at 4:09 where he was driving 21mph but dash cam always show little bit less so real speed at that time was around 23mph in zone 20mph. Junction approaching speed happened at 1:50, his first junction where he wasn't gentle with approaching speed. Control steering fault is hard to tell, maybe he was close to curb at some point. Sorry for late replay. Serious fault was at 26:23. Pupil had instruction at next roundabout to take right turn, third exit. She was hesitating to move to the right lane, looking too long in the mirror, the car started drifting to wards the right lane when dark grey audi was overtaking. Examiner slightly pull steering wheel back. You can see that car pulled back as audi was overtaking. I also showed rear view camera but it is hard to see movement as it was really mild turn.
