Its because Honkai Impact DOES NOT have an English Dub. They can't crossover Honkai Impact characters to Genshin Impact or Honkai Star Rail. This is one of the reasons why Sparkle is going to only jave JP and CN dub in Honkai because they're the only dubs available. Anyways doesn't change the fact Honkai Impact and GGZ are their fav children 😞
