@@Ope-que during the flashbacks of Andre back at home, find the cellar key, push the shelf aside, read Pierre’s journal during each flashback, each time you read the journal during a flashback, a drawing will appear at the end of the journal, take notes of each drawing cause each one is part of the first code, and on the final flashback, Pierre will write down the second code in his journal, you will need to know both

the best one is the secret ending where you, pierre, medic are alive and got father's pocket watch. but it's sad too because after years after the war pierre dying because of lung cancer in front of all his family and main character goes back to war but at this time it will be second world war

@@nslip-rg9gm(had to come back to this comment cause at the time I was doing the secret ending and I didn’t want spoilers lol) but yeah, I’m just happy that Pierre was able to live a little longer, also on my first play through I was really sad when Pierre started talking about the watch when you’re carrying him out :<

They way you avoid killing the armored infirmary knights is by going to the artillery, and firing the cannon that’s pointed towards “fire trench”, you will indirectly kill them that way and not have to fight them. The way you get the 3rd ending is by killing most of, if not all, the German soldiers you encounter, and I believe that the secret ending has something to do with Pierre’s locker at Fort Vaux, considering that’s where the family watch is, I think the way you get the code for all that is by looking through all of Pierre’s journals during the flashback

Maybe u played with Inf Saves, Checkpoints or u saved alot

I don't think coward ending means Andre was tried for cowardince but Andre probally went insane or attacked one of the soldier remember this world war they shot those who went Shellshock

@@nslip-rg9gm I think it has to do with how quickly and how many Germans you kill, I think the reason why I got this ending is because I killed most of, if not all, the Germans throughout each chapter, I remember at the start it said “only kill if you have too”, meaning you’re meant to spare them if killing them is optional

​@@BubbyDuck Honestly I find that hilarious personally because the one game that gives you a better ending for killing enemies was signalis. And that was the game survival horror game I played extremely passive and got the worst ending because of it. Every game that's given you a bad ending for combat I've gotten the bad ending for it.

@@calamityhex3729I think this games message was just because the war changed the world, doesn’t mean you have to change as well, to find your inner humanity and avoid mindlessly killing, also the soundtrack at the end had me in tears ;<

@@BubbyDuck I mean I'm not saying it's bad inherently for having a message it's just in my experience I've had this message before in multiple games now and it's just always came off as a punishment for essentially playing the game in a way I wanted to. Personally I prefer set moments where I have to make a good or bad decision because while it's somewhat artificial. Endings dictated by combat in a life or death scenario feels more like the game is saying you're a bad person because defending yourself or in this case kill to rescue a loved one. That being I still ultimately it is a fantastic game. I enjoyed it very much.

@@calamityhex3729 same lol, it’s such a good game, but I like the fact the game just doesn’t ignore everything that’s Andre has done, and basically tells you, “you’re traumatized from everything you’ve done” and I’d say an example of choosing between good and bad decisions is when sometimes when you shoot a German solider, he’ll fall on the ground begging for mercy, you can either kill him and spare him
