Americans wasted time on accomplishments like fine art, technologies, architecture. medicine, political science, exploration, writing, metallurgy, culinary production, transportation, landscaping, inventions, city planning, science, sophisticated music, fabric manufacture and fashion, comedy, housing, and diplomacy. But Indians dance in the dirt.

You did a great job on this video. I tried to get hired there, but like in most small towns, they won't hire outsiders. Doesn't matter what qualifications you have. Sorry to miss living there.

Joseph may be a great place to retire. The nature in the nearby Wallowas is magnificent & the nearby Wallowa Lake is Oregon‘s most beautiful along with Crater Lake of course.

This would make for a *sweet* getaway! Tylor(nephew)& i did a weeklong backpacking trip in the Eagle Cap Wilderness, located within the Wallowas. On the way we went through the town of Joseph, where you'd just as soon have stayed more than other places you've been. If you've heard the term: GOD'S Country, then you know the Wallowas! 🙏🦉 🏞️

My ancestors settled there in Joseph way back in the mid to late 1800's. I have an account of them coming into the area with their wagon. Their name was Coverdale. Anyone know anything about them?
