I have a wide feet so they are true to size for me. For small feet, you go half size down, because front part of the shoes is wide.

You can measure your foot. After look for nike size chart. Toe box of this shoe is a little bit wide.
I ware a 11 but I went down a size and they fit better

Does the arch feel raised or uncomfortable from the inside?
No. I can't say this shoes are the most comfortable shoes i wear but they are not to much uncomfortable. The material of these shoes is stiff, because of that it can take time get used to.

Not so good, if i was wear this sneaker for like 5-6 days on a week it's probably gonna crease a lot.
