This is so typical, the old study with all the trophies. FYI, if you’re committing an entire room of your house to be a glorified trophy case, you’ve got one room too many. Not quite as tacky and obvious as those stupid candy rooms you see in some of those gross new cookie cutter mansions, but close.

Nate Davis was one of the worst Chicago Bears players in recent history. The fact that he’s trying to flip this house for double in a cold market is hilarious. I suspect he’ll end up taking a large loss. Considering he got paid nearly $20 m guaranteed for 0 effort I’m sure he’ll be fine.

Fabulous views; love the high ceilings; but for over $2M I would expect to have a separate dining area for entertaining that is bigger than 4x8ft. The "dining" area next to the kitchen is more of a breakfast area.

For everyone guessing, it's clearly Nate Davis's house (which is why they're touring it, it's for sale!), which is obvious even if he didn't show up at the end of the video lol. All the framed Jersey's are offensive linemen, mostly guards, and there's a framed jersey at 10:34 showing Davis on the Titans with the whole team's autographs. No other Bear would have that.

As far as I'm concerned after visiting Chicago I wasn't impressed. From gangs to migrants. Chicago is not safe.

The white kitchen faucet ,for me,doesn’t look too masculine,doesn’t look cool ,but that’s just me.

My grandpa and his brother were carpenters, they installed the stairways in the B'hai temple. My grandpa installed the stairway at St. Patrick high school in Chicago, my brother graduated from there.

Start researching the high vacancies in apartments and vacant homes in Illinois. The population is declining and there is a housing abundance. Student housing is very profitable, look at California dorm fees. $1700 per student in a 3 person dorm room

I love how clean and crisp everything is - no clutter. The only thing I would question is hanging heavy draperies in a cigar lounge. Odor would be absorbed by all that fabric, but maybe either the client likes that or the house comes with 100 cases of Febreze. 🙂🙂🙂🙂
