you obviously took some time to make sure the encode wasnt a shitty plasticy mess which most end up releasing.. however, your huge watermarking of someone elses material is really annoying, a simple one in the bottom right is enough.. which it looks like you have done in some of your older encodes.. i have most of their videos in betacam / vhs i might just provide non annoying AF watermark alternatives..

Thanks for posting this! The "faults" as you put it, in some strange way, add (positive) to the vintage/ atmosphere of their set.

They were a great influence on me at age 19 & inspired me to write songs & start a band named THE THE at age 20. We were signed to a very powerful NYC management company (THE WARTOKE CONCERN, Patti Smith/John Cale/Television/Lester Bangs) a year later. We played all the hot spots with all the stars including opening up for the POLICE as their official backup band on their 1979 tour of America & the same with JOHN CALE for his 1979 SABOTAGE (A&M RECORDS) tour of America & CANADA. Great job in uploading a much higher quality version of their best video, great to see, but as other commenters have said - come on. Why the watermark? This is not your video, whatever you have done to it. If you have to add a watermark, make it less intrusive. This is The Damned's property, not your's.
