Hi. I also have a white g-class, but it was built in 1995. I bought it 9 years ago with a 603 engine. And two years ago, I installed a 606 engine with 7.5-liter plungers! The repainting was enough for 5-7 years, and it rusted again. I will repaint it. The new motor tears up the AMG wheels. And the brakes need to be strengthened. Russia.

another source is mercedes benz themselves. They carry a lot of the parts still. I cross reference the part numbers from the tech manual

Range Rovers are crap vehicles. New Zealanders and Australians are the toughest users of 4x4 in the World. We all use Toyota's (a number of types), Nissan Safari / Patrol and (for those that can afford them) G Wagons. Everything else does not cut the mustard.

Trust me.... you have purchased the best 4x4 in the World. PERIOD ! Nothing will come close to the capability of this fine machine.

These engines are a little noisy, however your injector timing is still way off. They perform much better than that, although they were never fast. VERY CAPABLE THOUGH. The 280G twin cam petrol is the most collectable and these machines are going up in price fast ! Thanks for sharing. From New Zealand.
