@Fpscmath In CSS MPT and part II GSA the Major problem is to comprehend the problem and form the equation. People suggest to practice but practice alone does not help. There has to be some tools to effectively deal with a word problem on one's own.

Yes indeed, that's why I try to solve the question by generalised methodology. However, there is always room for improvement, I will try my best to improve.
