Proverbs 1 for Athens Georgia Barhoppers and Clubbers
From my experience you turn to Satan when you are weak and desperate and or angry and turn to Jesus when your life is going great. That's usually why you see all happy people in church usually with their fake face on if your good at observing vibes and energy you can feel they still struggle just as much just on the inside and they hide it. I want everyone to know that Satan is not your friend he is weak as well if he comes to you he finds value in you even in despair and it's not gonna be good. I've actually seen Satan with my own eyes he materializes and refracts light to show what he looks like white as snow hence the name satin for satin white color black horns black eyes then three human heads like attached or growing out of his chest from chest down like one over the other it's quite weird I'm assuming theyre demons idk if they detach or what but every since that encounter I've been very intrigued by the bible and even hell and heaven but Satan was not nice made fun of me belittled me annoyed me forced me to sin but whatever is what it is. You only understand until it happens to you but for now I'm okay with being called a crazy or schizophrenic person. You will understand one day when demons are smiling in your face. Here's a piece of advice "it is what you say it is" take that piece of advice as you will because it will ONLY make sense if Satan has made his presence known in your life and has tortured you. He will make you feel like their is no God and really if he's got you their ain't you'll be begging to die.
Amen
.
We find the opposite in Matthew 18:6, where Jesus warns those who do not care for those who are vulnerable: “anyone who causes these little ones to stumble, it would be better to have a millstone hung around their neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea.”

Just like a wise man said once “Jesus might be your king and that’s cool but to some people he’s not their king” my point is other people have different beliefs and some people need abortions, did you know if an egg gets stuck in a woman’s tube for too long it can kill her, so abortions are nessicary in cases. I don’t think people should get them for no reason but if a woman or little girl was graped or even a little girl who is too young it could end her life. I know I’m not going to change anyone’s minds like how you’re not going to change anyone’s minds with the poster
According to the Bible, Jesus and his disciples drank four cups of wine during the Passover meal: The alcohol content of wine before Christ was typically 11-12% before dilution, and 2.75-3% after dilution. The ancient practice of diluting wine with water was almost universal, with a ratio of at least two parts water to one part wine... so there's a good chance they were drunk.
@@jahmereyoung6000 What is your proof that the wine Jesus made was not in the prepared-to-be-consumed form. Unless you can demonstrate that, then you have only proved that you're speculating that it wasn't. Keep working on it, though.
@@jahmereyoung6000 You would also need to demonstrate that, even if it was consumed at undiluted levels, it was consumed in sufficient quantities to cause drunkenness. That's also not required by the text. Also, the reference is to the wedding feast at Cana of Galilee, not to the Passover. Also, alcohol has biphasic effects on the norepinephrine system and can actually cause psychomotor excitation in many individuals at moderate levels of intoxication, so the inference you attempted to make in a separate comment is unwarranted. I appreciate you trying to offer a counterargument, though. Cheers!
@@richsuga prepared to consume stage or not. Multiple drinks at the common alcoholic content threshold of the day, would still be intoxicating.
@@richsuga being drunk can make you feel sleepy because alcohol is a central nervous system depressant, which means it slows down brain activity, leading to feelings of relaxation and drowsiness. So, does that render your refutation unwarranted? Do you see how that works?
@@richsugaAccording to John 2:1-11, Jesus turned water into wine at a wedding in Cana of Galilee, and the master of the banquet was so impressed that he called the bridegroom over to serve the best wine first. The master of ceremonies said, "Every host serves his best wine first, until everyone has had a cup or two, then he serves the cheaper wine".
No preacher should compromise their call to repentance toward this class of sinner in the name of "mercy" or "love." When preachers fail to exhort those living in sin to CEASE from their sin, and when they negligently hold back the saving truth from those who need to hear it, then they actually end up "loving" people straight to hell by making them feel safe in their sin. Repentance is more than godly sorrow. Godly sorrow is not good enough because it doesn't go far enough. Just feeling bad about your sin while remaining IN your sin does not make you right with God, but repentance necessarily results in amendment of life (i.e., fruits of repentance). 2 Cor 7:10--"For godly sorrow produces repentance leading to salvation, not to be regretted; but the sorrow of the world produces death."

The good news is that Jesus is Lord God Almighty clothed in unsinful humanity and He is the author of eternal life to all who trust Him alone for salvation 💕. He paid for all the sins of all the world at the cross (past, present, and future). That payment is put to your account when you have believed on Christ alone for salvation ❤️. *This means that saving repentance is realizing that you are a sinner deserving of God's just punishment in Hell and turn (repent) from whatever you trusted in before, if indeed you trusted in anything; to trusting in the person and finished work of Christ alone for salvation.* You are confusing salvation with discipleship.

Sexual orientation is how you are attracted to someone, but that can lead to lust and adultery. Also sexual orientation can be homosexual behavior because it says that the men abandoned the NATURAL function of the woman and burned in their desire for homosexuality, which Paul prohibits. And in Romans 1:25 it says "They exchanged the truth about God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator-who is forever praised. Amen."
It doesn't sound like Paul is describing the sexual orientations of individuals in Romans 1, as he is describing general patterns across all of humanity. The context dictates that he is speaking of the normal complementary nature of sexual unions and humans perverting that in their sexual sin. This describes what homosexual offenders do.

I assume you're referring to Matthew 7:1. Have you bothered to keep reading a few more verses to Matthew 7:6? Who are these dogs and swine that Jesus refers to? Actual animals or certain people? If people, then how do we identify them without exercising some sort of "judgement"? And why does Jesus tell us in John 7:24 to judge with righteous judgement? Why does Paul write in 1 Corinthians 6:2 that the saints (Christians) will judge the world? Why is there a book in the Bible called "Judges" if humans are never supposed to judge anything? Is it wrong to have courts of law presided over by judges? AGAIN: What Christ forbids, if you actually study the Scriptures, is HYPOCRITICAL judgement. For example, if one were to be secretly having an affair or viewing porn (sexual immorality) but making it a point to, say, publicly rant and rail against LGBTQ at every opportunity. Jesus says for a person like that to first get their own life right before the Lord, and then they can actually be useful in helping others make the changes God would have them make. Please go and learn how to better study and apply Scripture so that you will be making righteous judgements, rather than judging by mere appearances as you have here (again, see John 7:24) @@homelandfreedom

Yes, it's very colorful 🙏🏻🙌🏻
When God asks us to spread the gospel, i don't think he meant us to be screaming at strangers on the street. Spreading the gospel should be a more personal thing between you and the person you're explaining christianity too.
So everyone who uses an amplifier or PA system is "screaming" according to your definition. Here's the thing, though. I bet you don't apply that criterion elsewhere. That shows that your real problem is with the message. Also, God doesn't tell us to "spread" the gospel. The command in Scripture (e.g., Mark 16:15 and elsewhere) is to PREACH. The Greek word is a conjugation of "kerusso" which means to proclaim, publish, announce, herald. Was it a "personal thing" when Peter preached the crucified and risen Jesus on Pentecost? When Stephen preached in front of the Jews? When Paul preached all over the place, including at the Aeropagus in Acts 17? Of course, Christians should be bringing the message of the Cross to those God has brought into their sphere of close personal influence (i.e., their oikos). But the Scriptures CLEARLY give a basis/support for also heralding the gospel publicly. If I'm wrong, then prove that I'm wrong FROM SCRIPTURE, not from your opinion or from how you think other people might feel about it.
Also, this very night 3 people professed faith in Christ for the first time based on the outreach God sent us to do there. Maybe go read Romans 14:4.
Another gospel. Mathew 7:21-23 describes his fate. Free Grace is the only true gospel.
@@colonalklink14We preach salvation by God's grace alone expressed through faith alone in Jesus Christ alone to the glory of God alone. Which part of that, specifically, do you disagree with and why? @colonalklink14
@richsuga The part where you backload works into the gospel message.
I drove a UGA campus bus route and the drunk route on the wkends. You gotta meet people where they're at. Gently steer them out of sin. Keep them safe in their stumbling so they find direction...in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth. ~ Ms. Susan 2018-19 Abbey West and The Lodge
@@the3rdfrequency That's one way, and all Christians should already be doing that. However, throughout Scripture (including the New Testament) God also calls some to preach the gospel openly. The Greek word translated "preach" (kerusso) means to herald, to announce, to proclaim publicly, to publish. It was used primarily of carrying the gospel into the world, not preaching in front of a congregation of people who were already believers. (That would be teaching, which is also necessary but a different activity.) If you read Mark 16:15, Jesus didn't say we were required to first "earn the right" to speak into people's lives. If we can do that, then great, we should. But Peter, for example, didn't first earn the right to speak into people's lives on Pentecost (Acts 2). Nor did the other preachers in Acts, including Stephen, who they killed for his sermon (proof that your audience won't always like it even if you're preaching a true message with correct motives). We definitely encourage Christians to avail themselves of the personal relationships God has given them and leverage those for the gospel. That's the starting point, and we all should already be doing that. But that doesn't mean that open air preaching isn't valid today. God still uses it to convict backslidden Christians and even call sinners to repentance and faith in Jesus. I have seen that happen personally many, many times.
@the3rdfrequency That's why we go out there! To be like Jesus and meet sinners where they're at! Praise God! We've seen hundreds either come to faith or have their faith rekindled from this same street corner over the past 10 years! It's so fruitful! Keep us in your prayers 🙏🏻🙌🏻

@ ESV is a modern derivative of the KJV and I’m not an Athiest. If you look at the history of the US, Ireland, India, and most of Africa you’ll understand that Pretestantism and Evangelism have been supporters of slavery and slave traders themselves since the time of King James. Then there’s Jim Crow laws in the American South, which Evangelism was used to justify segregation and oppression of the black community. Look at Billy Graham and his messages to his supporters. Many Southern Evangelists lynched black folk as a “blood sacrifice” to crucifix effigies. Don’t get me started on Evangelism and child brides…
