Any chance you can show what you did for the steering/rack and pinion system?

I have a CF Moto 500 at a 1994 Yamaha golf cart. I want to do the conversion over how long and how TDS is the process.

Hi, Todd you could make the steering with swing pivots off of the A-arm pivots on each side and one tie rod from box to them and one across each other and then your tie rods out to spindles.

Man was hoping to see this bad boy done. Now that golf carts are more popular than ever you would think they could produce a line that use atv type engines. I hear nothing but troubles with the gas models. Very nice build 👌

Do you have link for the master cylinder? I have a g1 also and I’m building mine the same way except I extended my factory swing arm in the rear with a live axle and a predator v twin

I would like to see a golf cart with atv suspension and rear suspension. Kinda convert a golf cart into a side by side with rzr seats and cage.

I like your projects but the guy in the hat seems like he's trying too hard to be funny and talks way too much about stuff that doesn't even pertain to the build. Your quad cart build was pretty cool. I've done one myself and it was very similar to the way you did yours. See ya next video.

Yeah whatever happen to the finish product here bud? I see u only have 4 uploads of videos. RUclips seems like to take off for a content producer. One needs to stick with uploading a video at very least once a week. The more u have better chances it takes off sooner or later.

I’m making one too, started last year also and just getting back into it. It’s a 86 Kawasaki bayou 300 2x4, conjoined to a club cart w the xtra seat/rack on the back. Just figured out the wiring and I’m getting that buttoned up. But our quads we used are almost the same sealed rear axle stuff. Woulda loved to see it in action but nice job so far. ** and for anyone trying to do this, it’s easier to do it with a golf cart that has a steel frame than aluminum. Sharing from experience lol
