Not bad, anything over 100lbs is pretty good. If they incorporated more long holds with tension in their exercise routines, I bet their grip strength would increase by a large amount.

Justin to get a 2f of a shaft when stuck is too unscrew and just take POWER clamps I’m taking all the power and it’ll find itself at the end of shaft for you to pull off
