@honorhsu1446 Hi. The last bus from Mochit leaves at 6 pm, but from Ekamai there are buses upto 9 pm. Also, wait times at Mochit are longer even during the day. I also feel that first time visitors to Bangkok should know about Ekamai, because that terminal is in the city, and connected to skytrain. Best for coming back from Pattaya to Bangkok.

The bus waits outside the gate, in the transportation area. 15 minutes before departure, the bus company's staff lead the passengers to the bus outside. After buying the ticket, you have to be at that counter spot 15 minutes before departure time.

So, if you have to clear immigration to be able to board your connecting flight, then MDAC is required. And if you can board the connecting flight from the transit area without clearing immigration, then MDAC is not required.

@NEPALAYA185 Hi. Suvarnabhumi and DMK are two different airports located in different parts of the city. There is no way to transfer from one airport to the other without clearing immigration. If a visa is required for the country of your passport, then your visa will get used to transfer between BKK and DMK.

People who make videos sitting at home are creating this confusion. I am a traveler first and a RUclipsr later. About ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization), Thailand has announced it, but it is not yet implemented. Before replying to your comment, I have just now checked the Thai government website where ETA will be made operational some time in the future. It is not yet started. I can't share website links here, but you can Google for "Thai Government E-visa Website", and hopefully, you will see that site. Otherwise, you can comment on this video again a week or 10 days before your departure date. I will let you know if ETA is implemented for Indian tourists.

@Nitinpariharvlogs. Hi. If you have an Indian passport, then you can clear Thailand immigration without a visa. Thailand visa is waived for Indian citizens at present. And you can enter Thailand twice within a short period of time as long as the travel is for a genuine purpose.

@shashinashe34 Hi. I have used the online booking facility once only from Pattaya to Suvarnabhumi, and after reading your question, have tried really hard to remember this part. I know I went to the ticket counter to ask if I could change my booking to an earlier bus, for which they demanded an extra 50 Baht (I did not pay). But I can't recollect now if they gave me a printed ticket or I could board the bus by showing my online booking confirmation. My guess is that one can show the online confirmation and board the bus.

@joe3394 Hi. All ATMs in Thailand offer DCC, but you can decline the offer. On the ATM screen, there will be two options - charge card in Thailand Baht or in home currency. You have to choose the option to charge the card in Thai Baht.

@christopholivia9920 With a US passport, you can enter and stay in Thailand for 60 days without a visa. All the rules are the same as shown in this video. About ETA, Thailand is expected to implement Electronic Travel Authorization for visa exempt visitors soon. But even today, when I checked the Thai Government e-visa website, that implementation has not yet started. I guess, when they start, we will get to see some news.
