Tried Mr leveling thinner with Cobra paint. Did not work at all… Have they changed the formula? Createx 4021 worked superb 👍 The bottles do not have any marking that it is alcohol in it?

the hood is all wrong - the LOUVERS are black - (not the sides) .... the black roof is a bad choice ... the bottom ground effects are SILVER !! .... not bad for a rookie

Hi, nice color pairing. For 2K, do you apply a single coat until you get the result or do you apply a semi-wet first coat and then wet after a few minutes?

Nice job. Love the color too. I built this model a few months ago. Fortunately, I had seen some one on RUclips talking about the motor being to high issue before I built it. So, I was able to address the issue before paint. I had to shave the motor mounts down.

I love the color combination! Great job! Had the same problem with the hood. Its the shaker cover that makes it sit funny.

Hi I'm trying to follow your video, im having trouble with my vallejo silver paint sricking to the model, i primed it white but after that the silver wont stick, any ideas please?

when you change colors for paint for the sprayer, do you have to clean it each time before the next color or do you have multiple tanks that you just switch out? In other words, ,my concern is if you don't use all the paint in the reservoir, is it wasted or somehow saved and used later? I hope that's clear. I assume one would get all the pieces needing the same color, paint all of those, then change the paint color for the next set. What if there is paint left in the reservoir, is that thrown out or is it saved somehow for the next model, next project?

I'm an old scale model car guy from the mid and late '60's as a kid. I used Testor's brand spray cans back in those days. I also had to deal with a lot of "orange peel" as a result. Air brushing hadn't been developed for the scale modeler in those days. I totally skipped the sanding step b/c I didn't know it was necessary, for instance. Thanks for posting, from a subscriber.

Love your videos! They’ve been super helpful. Quick question about the spray booth you’re using. Was looking to purchase a similar one and use to spray lacquer paints but all of them say not intended for use with flammable paints etc.

I built this kit a couple of years ago. It’s a fun little build. I wouldn’t mind having a few more in my stash. You can do so many different variations with this old Ford.

Really great work and attention to detail on this. Purple and orange is never a color combo I'd have considered, but it works well together! Looks like a really good kit, I have the 29 roaster which I imagine shares a lot of parts with this. Now I am looking forward to it. Thanks for sharing your work
