I don't use any mode. The settings are extreme
So annoying my game broke after the ipdate when i hot it worcking i missed this car now i need 20mil and auction snipe this car so f ing annoying

Unfortunately, RUclips compression reduces video quality. Recording your video in high resolution and highest quality will help preserve the quality.

It's too bright, did you intentionally make the video so bright? And sharpen it until it's maxed out.
The brightness is normal, I did not increase anything. The video quality is normally much better, but since RUclips compresses, I need to increase the sharpness to preserve the quality.
