Interesting, feeling how the bloating and pain receded within approximately two months made all the difference, I simply go’ogled the latest by Tilly Strankten and her Ovarian Cyst Guide and although it really took about 10 weeks for it to totally shrink and vanish I’ve never felt so light and relaxed.
sober curious? what the fuk are you talking about? you just stopped drinking.
Same. 10 doctors and 11 years of being told that “it’s just my beauty”,”it’s all in your head” or the best “it will go away after pregnancy” - let me point out that I was 13 years old at the time. No support from family or friends. It was only the young resident doctor who noticed the changes in the ultrasound last year. MRI confirmed adenomyosis and endometriosis (deep type). I am so disappointed of ppl who supposed be trustworthy.
I am so so sorry that this was your experience and I couldn't agree more. The way that we are supposed to trust our providers that gaslight us is truly wild.
Same, girl. Same. It’s funny that most doctors don’t consider Endo to be autoimmune, however since diagnosis I’ve been diagnosed with POTS, Hashimoto’s and MCAS, all of which are autoimmune.
I also have been diagnosed with celiac (though this was many years prior). But as I've researched I've learned the increased rate of both conditions occurring. I'm so sorry this was your experience too. I hope you are on your healing journey.

Love this. Daniella you’re amazing thank you for sharing. I’m happy I watched this. I’m not diabetic but over weight and struggled with it my whole life. My daughter has been diagnosed pre diabetic and ready to make changes for our family as a whole. Ready to learn and you two ladies are who I need to start that!
