Thanks I have 2003 5.9 dully with that problem I'm fixing to check the wires
I have an 04 and I just realize this was my problem. After swapping out batteries and starter, we just decided to bypass and add a push to start, which fixed the problem. Now I know what the problem is 3 years later!! Thank you, sir! I'm still going to keep the push to start since it looks pretty nice! Lol
I’m thinking about getting the C150, have you had any real issues with it? Nice stove you got there buddy
@jonhumphries26 what ever stove they recommend for your square footage double the size of the stove. My stove is rated for a 5k square foot home and mine is only 2,600 sq.ft.
@@gatecity5284 thanks man, I’ll do that
Have you had any issues with the computer or metal?
@jonhumphries26 flawless. And I'm speaking from experience when I say if you burn green wood on a regular basis take the channel out of the top
@@gatecity5284 that’s what I like to hear! And I’ll have to do that. I thought I heard you say y’all were from rural retreat, we’re not far from y’all in Alleghany county
An excellent video overall and very descriptive in your narrative. It makes sense to me how you did it and thank you for making this video. Keep up the great work
Same truck but an auto. I cleaned the blue and it fired up first crank. I've been dealing with this no crank problem for 3 months doing hot shot all over the US and it's crazy how one little wire has left me stranded for hours
I know right, mine was so intermittent like to drove me crazy
can you tell me how much that chain needs to be tightened
Loosen the tensioner bolt push the gear ⚙️ towards the baler until snug and you should be good. But if you do the upgrade I would put a new gear on since your right there
Great video. Im gonna splain. Hahaha! Were you able to change the wiper arms without removing the whole knotter(s)?
Yes it just take so fanagalin to get under the knotters
@@gatecity5284 I did it this.passed weekend. I slid the timing drum(?) over on the shaft, and boom! Tough actin tinactin.
Why are people assuming that it’s the tucker fingers and shafts that are bad. I have only replaced tucker fingers or the shaft if they were physically damaged. Missing bales intermittently is most likely other areas of the knotter
Same truck same year automatic transmission exact same problem wrecking my brain also I appreciate the video My Brother 💪💪💪
FUZZ BIT MORE WOOD... My kind of guy!!!
Good info… Hey, i had that same lightbulb on mine ha. Found a screwin LED dusk to dawn at RK and i love it. Check em out
I do that thanks
It sounds like a TIPM or IPM rebuild depending on the year would fix your problem they are known to get corroded and have electrical problems.
Thanks for info I appreciate it
What is TIPM? Or IPM? Thanks

@@tysonhathanks! Not a dodge guy and trying to help my buddy diag his issue. Appreciate your reply.
Did you find out the problem?
Yes it was a short under the fuse box on that wire leading to the starter wire
@@gatecity5284where does that wire lead to brother if you don’t mind me asking having a similar issue but my wire was just loose/ next to battery terminal
Hi! Thanks so much for the shoutout! We really appreciate it. Do you mind if we share this to our social media? If so, we would love to get more of your information so we can shout you out!
Absolutely 💯
@@gatecity5284 Awesome, thank you! What is your Facebook profile username, so we can message you on there.
Wow, that was a big load of wood!! Gonna save you some work! Nice job!
Great video Matt!
Thanks
One thing you didn’t mention can you put that tucker shaft in without removing the knotters? I need to do the same thing to my Baler
Aye good work man. This filled all the gaps

How to synchronize it or put it on time friend?
Think this may help me also. My baler is not tie right side and I see the tucker fingers on mine are not same position. Thanks
Your operator manual should detail the procedure to adjust them.

Why? Does it give me more thread on one side, like an inch or two more?
Your tension on the role might be looser on one side or the other causing slake im the twine

Thanks for the feedback on the installation of the Tucker Finger Update Kit. We are glad you ordered it, and we appreciate sharing it with the other viewers here. It looks like we need to update our installation videos! Could you please email me directly at info@jdbalerparts.com so I can thank you personally. By the way, we had to change our name to Green Baler Parts because John Deere didn't like us using "JD"! www.greenbalerparts.com
