I’ve been really happy with my Marantz SD 3020, and it’s cool to see others keeping theirs in good shape too. I do wish it had panning control, but considering the price and the condition I got it in, I can’t really complain. It doesn’t need much maintenance, which is comfortable. I posted a video testing it out with guitar at different speeds and cassettes-check it out on my channel

I had a 712 and similar speakers in 1970, controls, facia etc all the same. Loved the sound at the time and the combo started me off on a lifelong HiFi hobbyist journey. Never had a cat though...
