Answer kya hoga?
Possible reasons: (1) non template stand 5' to 3' end hoti hai, so mRNA can't be synthesized in 3' to 5' direction because addition of nucleotide needs free OH group. (2) If both the stand of DNA copied in the form of mRNA then there is high chances of making complementarity pairing between both the mRNA strands and thus no protein synthesis will occur.
