UTB3 - Tips Backyard Ultra Featuring Team Bremner with Gary Robbins (and family) Coast Mountain Trail Running, JC Event Services, Save on Foods, Smartwool
Back for it’s third year... Tip’s Backyard is the collective dream of Bremner’s Head Honcho Terry “Caballo Loco” Bremner and his trusty sidekick Tip Anderson.
Located on a picturesque 55 acre farm in Princeton, BC, Canada, the goal for special invitees is to run a 6km loop every hour until they succumb to inevitable defeat... Participants must start on the hour and run (or bike) the full 6km finishing before the next hour commences. The faster they run the lap, the more rest, eating and recovery time they have before the next loop starts....

Is it possible to hike 11 km and then hike around the lake of O'Hara and back 11 km in one day?
yes it is possible. I did the 11km up, then the 20+km alpine circuit then the 11km down in one day. But it depends on your fitness

can you show us what you eat on your big hike days? Just curious : )
As you know James, I have been following your videos almost religiously for 3+ years. I cannot appreciate enough the inspiration, and personal guidance you have given me through direct advice on my overnight HSCT climb, which I am finally doing this summer. I speak the truth when I say every morning before work I watch one of your videos. Usually Bremner HSCT, Mt.Harvey, Elfin Lakes and more. This one is just the most top shelf video yet. I have never mentioned it before in our chats but I have been involved with self defense and martial arts for many years, and am still actively training. The fact that you mentioned the machete, and bear spray (fighting to the death) and that doing things in life takes risks...was fantastic to hear! Also, this video was ridiculously stunning. The area that you were at brings me back to that video of Mt. Assiniboine II. It's incredible that you can pull off these trails under daylight restrictions. Amazing job 🙂 Cheers sir 👍

The beauty found in your videos is ALWAYS enjoyable. Love the fall colors and beautiful trails. 3:20 the river/stream is so clear! 10:00 and 15:20 Those mountains are massive! Usually the camera doesn't do justice but somehow you managed to capture it perfectly!
