I know this is not related to the video sorry ( i watched the video fully tho ! ) but i have 2 questions 1. recently i have been getting better at drawing and i am happy whenever i am drawing and am satisfied but then do i need to improve myself so i get satisfied more even though i am already happy, does being satisfied with urself is different from loving urself for who you are ? 2. I feel so confused when I randomly show some emotions like i don't even know why i was happy or sad , is being like this good or bad ? I am not really a knowledgeable person when it comes to understanding how am i living so i am confused whenever i try to talk to myself about anything.
