I have a prayer book that includes a prayer for home management. I include it during my morning devotion time. It speaks of "unmarked acts that are accomplished in quiet obedience without accolade." Daily, this reminds me that homemaking can be and ultimately is obedience to God's Golden Rule, if done from the love in my heart and not simply a chore to be checked off.

Hello Sis., Meika, I just found your channel and I just want to say, I am not where you are yet, but I hope to get there 🙏🏽. Yes homemaking is a touch job, I am assuming you are home schooling as well. The good thing is we are retirees but we have 3 little grands so I have definitely been there and yes our hands are full. Yah Bless you woman of the Most High! The Bible says to train up a child in the way they should go and when they’re old, they will not depart from it. It is comforting to know someone else out there doing the same thing as I am. I too, am a homemaker and have been for at least 10 years off and on, but I haven’t had a job for the last five years and my husband has kept this family with Yeshuah as the head of our household! We’re not perfect, but we strive to be and live a godly life that is pleasing in Yah’s eyesight just as your family does. Be encouraged and thank you so much for opening up your home and sharing with others. I pray blessings over your family in Yeshuah’s name, Amen!🙏🏾 ❤

I am also wanting to make more Australian women modest so here with you in a kindred spirit. I was changing at the pool in the women's bathroom and took off my dress and my half slip - an older lady was so surprised to see me wearing one. It allowed a conversation to happen and I am glad about that. My 6 year old granddaughter was with me and she knows what slips are now. All good moments of education about modesty - my swim wear is modest too. Personally I just feel a whole lot better in the hot Australian weather when I wear a slip. I sew my own dresses and skirts and though the fabric is 100% cotton I wear slips. I agree being modest on windy days. Though my skirts and dresses are long I still want to avoid recreated Marilyn Monroe.😆
